These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the engagement between the Company (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) and the Client (“You”, “Your”) for civil construction services provided across India. By engaging our services, the Client agrees to abide by the following Terms.
We provide pan-India civil construction services in collaboration with builders, contractors, and individual clients. Services may include planning support, execution, material procurement coordination, site monitoring, and project management, subject to mutually agreed project specifications.
Transparency forms the foundation of our operations. To ensure clarity and accountability, we provide the following during the project tenure:
7-day playback access of recorded site activity (subject to technical availability)
Live CCTV camera monitoring at the project site
Daily site expense records
Material usage and tracking sheets
All records are shared for informational and monitoring purposes only and shall not be misused or distributed without written consent.
We operate on a fixed 15% profit margin on the total project cost unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The margin is calculated transparently and disclosed to the Client.
Any additional work, scope changes, or variations requested by the Client may result in revised costing after mutual approval.
Materials are procured as per approved specifications and industry standards.
Quantity and quality details are recorded and shared regularly.
Any brand-specific or premium material requests must be approved in writing and may affect project cost.
The Client agrees to:
Provide timely approvals, payments, and required documentation
Ensure unhindered site access for work execution and monitoring
Appoint a single point of contact for communication and approvals
Raise concerns or discrepancies promptly to avoid project delays
Live and recorded site footage is provided for transparency only.
Temporary outages due to power failure, network issues, or technical maintenance shall not be considered a breach of contract.
Recorded data may be stored for a limited period and deleted as per internal data retention policies.
Payments shall be made as per the agreed payment schedule.
Delays in payment may lead to work suspension until dues are cleared.
The Company shall not be liable for project delays arising due to payment defaults.
Project timelines are indicative and dependent on factors such as weather conditions, approvals, material availability, and force majeure events.
Delays caused by external or uncontrollable factors shall not attract penalties.
Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered under the agreement.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Structural warranties, if any, shall be limited to what is explicitly stated in the agreement.
All pricing, project data, monitoring access, and documentation shared during the project shall remain confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice in case of material breach. All completed work and expenses up to the termination date shall be settled accordingly.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of the Company’s registered location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms with prior notice. Continued engagement after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
By proceeding with our services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
